Communications Manager

About the role

Liceo Sorolla is looking for an experienced Communications Manager to design and execute internal and external communication strategies that reinforce the school’s brand, engage families and staff, and support growth objectives. Reporting to the School Leadership Team, you will ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing communication plans aligned with school priorities.
• Manage the school’s website and social media presence, analysing performance and optimizing content.
• Coordinate communication efforts between Admissions, central teams and the Communications department.
• Lead internal communication initiatives for staff, families and the wider community.
• Create and curate high‑quality content for digital and offline channels.
• Monitor brand perception, online reputation and stakeholder feedback, escalating issues as needed.
• Support crisis communication in line with school and group protocols.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing and delivering communication strategies, campaigns and materials.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations and stakeholder engagement.
