Community Manager for Forex Trading Discord

About the role

FXStreet is seeking a passionate Community Manager and active trader to launch and grow its Discord channel. You will be the authentic voice of FXStreet, fostering a vibrant, trustworthy space for traders and driving organic product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Discord launch: channel structure, roles, permissions, and recurring formats.
• Design and run a loyalty program that rewards engagement and retention.
• Write and enforce house rules, manage moderation during market volatility.
• Schedule live sessions with analysts and turn published analysis into community conversation.
• Monitor engagement, sentiment and report insights to product and data teams.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on trading experience on a personal or funded account.
• Experience managing online communities, preferably on Discord for finance or trading brands.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and organized.

Required skills

• Discord administration (roles, permissions, bots, verification).
• Community analytics and engagement reporting.
