Compliance Manager (Temporary Agency)

About the role

A temporary position as Compliance Manager has opened within Airbus in Madrid, Spain, within the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department (LMO). The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme in Commercial Aircraft operations in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and respond to employees on ethics and compliance matters, including conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, and sponsorships and donations
• Coordinate and animate the local network of Ethics & Compliance Representatives
• Promote an ethics and compliance culture, including investigations, training and awareness
• Support the due diligence assessment of third parties
• Support communications and reporting to key local stakeholders
• Contribute to second-level controls, including audits and risk assessments
• Travel periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France

Required profile

• Master's degree in business law, finance, business administration or a related field (compliance specialisation a plus)
• Full professional working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining a team player
• Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus
