About the role

Alsa is seeking experienced drivers to operate long‑distance routes from its Santander hub. You will be responsible for transporting passengers on routes such as Santander‑Madrid and Santander‑Burgos, working both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate buses on assigned long‑distance routes safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Provide courteous service to passengers and handle ticketing assistance when needed.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid D driving licence with a minimum of 10 points.
• CAP for passenger transport and a current tachograph card.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Preference given to candidates residing in Santander or nearby areas.
• Previous experience driving buses or similar vehicles is a plus.
