Connectivity Assistant

About the role

The Connectivity Assistant will support the Digital Content Manager by coordinating connectivity solutions across sales, marketing, projects and external partners. Based in Barcelona, you will act as the link between hotel partners, channel manager teams and tour operators to ensure offers are correctly configured and published.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and configure connectivity offers through channel managers, including internal setup, partner communication and validation before publication.
• Maintain direct relationships with hotel partners and internal departments to control connectivity before and during sales.
• Manage VeryChic Tonight content and create extranets for partners.
• Set up tour operator rates, confirm receipts, communicate with partners and generate TO identifiers.
• Activate and monitor external services, ensuring their proper operation.

Required profile

• At least five years of higher education (business school or university).
• Autonomous, organised and rigorous with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Versatile and able to communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in e‑tourism, hospitality or digital environments is advantageous.
