About the role
Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a Night Concierge at the Occidental Hotel in Playa de Palma. You will be the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide qualified assistance and information to guests throughout the night.
- Report to the Night Reception Manager on the progress of tasks and any incidents.
- Assume hotel responsibilities delegated by the Reception Manager or Director.
- Promote the hotel's objectives and involve team members in achieving them.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4‑star hotel.
- Formal education in tourism or hospitality.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English and/or German.
