Construction Foreman – Sustainable Projects

About the role

Biotonomy is seeking a full‑time Construction Foreman to lead day‑to‑day activities on its sustainable building and green‑infrastructure projects in Málaga. The foreman will coordinate trades, supervise site teams and ensure that work is delivered on schedule, within budget and to the company’s high sustainability and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise labour and material deliveries and manage site logistics.
• Supervise and guide construction crews, subcontractors and specialists.
• Monitor safety, environmental compliance and risk management on‑site.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Report progress, issues and documentation to project managers and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of nature‑based and green‑infrastructure solutions.
• Troubleshoot on‑site problems and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites and coordinating daily field operations.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems and site logistics, preferably with green building exposure.
• Vocational training or technical degree in construction, civil engineering or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Málaga and adapt to evolving project conditions.
• Fluent in English.
