Construction Project Manager, EMEA Construction

About the role

As a Data Center Construction Manager you will join a fast‑paced team delivering Amazon data centers across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for overseeing all construction disciplines and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full construction lifecycle for new data‑center builds, from constructability studies to project close‑out.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning teams.
• Interface directly with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and punch‑list phases.
• Lead negotiations, evaluate bids and proposals, and ensure compliance with all commercial and lease contracts.
• Create construction scopes, request‑for‑proposals, and conduct financial analysis for capital requests and change orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction management for large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably data‑center or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with a focus on cost‑effective delivery.
