Construction Project Manager – EMEA Data Centers

About the role

As a Construction Project Manager you will lead the delivery of new Amazon data centre facilities across the EMEA region. You will oversee all construction disciplines, manage contracts, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full construction lifecycle from constructability studies, proposal development, bid analysis, award, to onsite execution and close‑out.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget for new builds or capital upgrades at specific data‑centre sites.
• Interface directly with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and punch‑list phases.
• Administer construction and lease contracts, ensuring full commercial compliance.
• Lead negotiations, evaluate bids and proposals, and create detailed RFPs.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls and commissioning disciplines.
• Perform financial analysis, manage change orders and purchase orders, and drive efficient high‑quality turn‑overs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably on large‑scale or data‑center facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details while maintaining a strategic view of the program.
