Construction Project Manager (Jefe/a de obra)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Jefe/a de obra for its Madrid office, within the Construction Team. You will take part in the full management of projects, from study phase to execution, reporting to the Department Director and ensuring the highest quality standards while helping the Company achieve its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct relationship with clients and technical visits to properties to gather data
• Global design management and preparation of budgets
• Manage the quality of procedures, materials and finishes on site
• Handle subcontracting, cost control, planning, and economic closings with client and supplier
• Take part in requesting, managing and analysing supplier offers and comparisons
• Prepare project documentation such as measurements, schedules, cost control, minutes, and as-built documents

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture, Architectural Technician or Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in the construction sector
• Around 10 years of experience in similar positions
• Autonomy, proactivity, teamwork, organisation and commitment
