Consultant – Clinical Operations (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join its Professional Services team and help life‑science customers configure and implement clinical‑operations solutions. The position is fully remote within the EU/UK and involves translating customer needs into solution designs, delivering training, and supporting validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup and Payments solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and guide customers toward optimal design decisions.
• Document and monitor Veeva Vault configurations to ensure alignment with agreed designs.
• Support customers during validation, produce validation documentation, and deliver onsite or remote training.
• Submit product enhancement requests and ensure end‑to‑end customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience working in clinical trials with a solid understanding of compliance and validation requirements.
• Proven experience on implementation projects for at least one of the following solutions: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, or Payments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and legal authorization to work in the EU/UK.
