Consumer Product Growth Manager

About the role

PayPal is hiring a Consumer Product Owner (Consumer Product Growth Manager) for its Italy/France/Spain market. The role drives consumer strategy, commercial results and product performance, unifying PayPal consumer experiences so they work seamlessly across the market. It sits within the PayPal Consumer team, which owns strategy, roadmap and delivery for the market and works with product, design, engineering and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define the portfolio strategy for an identified country, supporting local product priorities and analysing product performance
• Coordinate local and global cross-functional initiatives and manage escalations to remove obstacles
• Define priorities based on the global commercial product strategy and set regional product and technology strategies
• Research new opportunities, establish and negotiate partnerships, and improve relationships with ongoing partners
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructure
• Set the strategic direction and roadmap to improve product experience and business metrics

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with responsibility for consumer and product activities
• Proven track record building, launching and maintaining high-scale products in a matrixed organization
• Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders and partners to drive results
• Demonstrated commercial success scaling a segment in a global, matrixed organization
• Bachelor's degree required
