Contract Management Specialist – Madrid (Hybrid)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its EMEA Contract Management team. Based in Madrid (with the possibility of London/Cambridge), you will support the full quote‑to‑fulfilment cycle, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage sales‑related contract documents from request to signature and archiving.
• Ensure all contracts comply with AVEVA’s guidelines, policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk and Fulfilment teams.
• Respond to internal and external queries promptly and support trade compliance, credit checks, bidding and pre‑qualification activities.
• Facilitate contract signatures, maintain archives with proper metadata, and draft standard documents such as NDAs, termination and novation letters under supervision.
• Perform administrative tasks related to contract management as assigned.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in contract administration or management.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of contractual and legal terminology.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
