Cook (Cocinero/a) – Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef, preparing dishes according to the technical sheets of our rotating menu and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes following the technical sheets of the established menu rotation.
• Maintain smooth kitchen operations and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies according to established standards.
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• APPCC (Food Safety) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement.
• Team‑player attitude, creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
