Corporate & Commercial Real Estate VP

About the role

The Corporate & Commercial Real Estate VP will be based in Madrid and will support Private Debt Mobilization in underwriting, structuring and distributing financing opportunities across corporate and CRE sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Corporate Loan Origination, CRE Loan Origination and Principal & Capital Finance teams across Europe on deal structuring, pricing and distribution.
• Manage underwriting, syndication and sell‑down processes in primary and secondary markets, coordinating with Loan Sales and Market Sales teams.
• Attend client and investor meetings, prepare credit and underwriting applications, and deliver commercial presentations.
• Provide analysis on investor capacity, pricing, comparable transactions and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in CRE loan origination, syndication or debt advisory (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field (required).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Post‑graduate studies such as an MBA are a plus.
