Corporate FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning

About the role

As a Corporate FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning you will report to the Director of FP&A and sit at the strategic centre of Codeway’s finance function. You will help build a lean, world‑class decision‑support team that evaluates strategic options, portfolio expansions and capital deployment for a global portfolio of mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Own the master consolidation, corporate budget and the underlying logic for individual app‑level P&Ls.
• Lead the global planning cycle, including long‑range planning, rolling forecasts and top‑down/bottom‑up budget reconciliation.
• Build and audit multi‑variable financial models in Microsoft Excel using the Claude for Excel add‑in.
• Drive the migration of the financial planning platform to Pigment and collaborate with Anaplan where relevant.
• Manage short‑term liquidity, creating 13‑week rolling cash‑flow forecasts and monitoring cash mechanics.
• Work with data tools such as Looker, BI platforms and NetSuite to ensure data alignment and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Strong corporate finance discipline combined with modern data literacy.
• Experience in 3‑statement long‑range planning, rolling forecasts and budget reconciliation.
• Ability to control short‑term cash mechanics and produce rolling cash‑flow forecasts.
• Familiarity with B2C mobile metrics (ROAS, LTV, CAC) and debt‑facility covenant tracking.
