Country Manager – St Kitts & Nevis

About the role

The Country Manager will lead all aspects of the business in St Kitts & Nevis, driving financial performance, market growth and operational excellence. Reporting to Executive Management, this senior leader will oversee finance, operations, compliance and talent development across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse monthly P&L, identify variances and implement corrective actions within defined timelines.
• Set and achieve annual sales, profitability, labour and food‑cost targets approved by Executive Management.
• Identify market expansion opportunities, monitor competitor activity and present quarterly market reviews.
• Lead new store openings, brand expansions and major operational projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide leadership to the Operations Manager and senior team, conduct performance reviews and ensure succession planning.
• Oversee recruitment, talent development initiatives and ensure all management vacancies are filled promptly.
• Manage governance, compliance and risk, addressing audit findings and regulatory requirements swiftly.
• Protect company assets, supervise property management for head office, warehouse and company‑owned apartments.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience in a multi‑unit or country‑wide role.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyse P&L statements and drive cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies and market entry plans.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, including performance evaluation and succession planning.
• Solid understanding of compliance, health‑safety and regulatory requirements in the hospitality/retail sector.
