Creator Success Manager

About the role

As a Creator Success Manager at Belle Muse, you will own the creative strategy for a small roster of adult content creators, guiding them to grow their subscriber base through high‑impact content. You will work closely with creators, editors, and the broader agency team to ensure every piece of content drives acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a tailored creative strategy for each creator, defining content themes, hooks, formats, and testing plans.
• Continuously monitor trends on Instagram, TikTok, and related niches, translating insights into actionable briefs.
• Write conversion‑focused briefs that act as subscriber acquisition mechanisms.
• Maintain regular creator relationships through weekly calls, Telegram check‑ins, and brainstorming sessions.
• Review edited content to ensure alignment with the brief and provide corrective feedback.
• Analyze daily performance metrics (subscriber inflow, watch time, retention, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and organize content shoots, delivering 50‑150 location‑specific ideas when creators are in Marbella.

Required profile

• Passionate about content consumption and able to articulate why specific reels succeed.
• Experience working directly with creators in marketing, PR, talent management, or as a creator yourself.
• Strong global pop‑culture awareness and ability to adapt trends for US, UK, and European audiences.
• Data‑driven decision maker who relies on KPIs to guide strategy.
• Excellent communicator in clear, natural English, both written and spoken.
• Empathetic yet assertive, capable of building trust and delivering tough feedback.
• Highly self‑directed, organized, and proactive.
