Criminal Lawyer – Per‑Case Collaboration

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Criminal Lawyer to work with our firm AvvocatoPenalistaH24 on a per‑case basis. The position is open to lawyers registered with the Spanish Bar and located in Spain. You will support victims of online fraud, phishing, fraudulent bank transfers and cryptocurrency‑related scams by preparing and filing criminal complaints with Spanish authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess case facts and evidence related to digital and financial fraud.
• Draft and submit criminal complaints to the appropriate Spanish judicial bodies.
• Coordinate with victims to gather necessary documentation and testimony.
• Maintain timely communication with the firm and ensure rapid response to filing deadlines.
• Stay updated on relevant Spanish criminal legislation and procedural rules.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Spanish Bar (Colegio de Abogados).
• Experience handling fraud, cyber‑crime or financial crime cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight filing deadlines.
