CRM Manager – Sportsbook

About the role
Valsea Technology is looking for a CRM Manager to lead customer relationship initiatives for its sportsbook offering. Based in Marbella, Spain, you will join a fast‑paced, innovative team that creates new brands, improves the tech stack and launches acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns for the sportsbook.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to improve the CRM ecosystem.
- Help maintain and enhance the technology platform that powers Valsea’s entertainment products.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for the gaming and entertainment industry.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, start‑up‑like environment.
- Comfort with hybrid working model and remote collaboration.
