CRM & Marketing Automation Technical Developer

About the role

Deutsche Bank is looking for a CRM / Marketing Automation Specialist to join its team in Madrid and help shape customer engagement across digital channels. You will design, implement and optimise data-driven communication journeys using leading marketing automation platforms, working closely with Marketing, Product, Technology and Compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise customer communication campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and landing pages.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign.
• Manage audience segmentation, data selection, campaign controls and performance monitoring to meet business KPIs.
• Develop SQL- and Python-based solutions supporting automation, reporting, integrations and operational efficiency.
• Ensure communications comply with GDPR, consent-management rules and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• Technical profile with hands-on development experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
• Proven knowledge of customer journey design, campaign management and segmentation, including performance measurement and KPI monitoring.
• Understanding of GDPR and consent management; experience in banking, insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Strong English and the ability to collaborate with marketing, business, technology and compliance stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
• Ability to use AI tools productively while applying critical judgment to data and AI outputs.
