CRM Technical Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a CRM Technical Specialist in Madrid. The CRM team builds lasting relationships with users by analysing their behaviour and mapping the full customer lifecycle, crafting targeted communications and offers. The specialist manages the activation of customer data and supports the technical setup of campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the activation of customer data to develop and run an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan across email, push notifications and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and build retention strategies to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support the team with the technical setup of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure campaigns have clear, tracked success metrics and own the weekly and monthly reporting and ad-hoc deep dives.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional and demographic data to deliver marketing insights.
• Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven, with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Organised, proactive and able to work at a high pace.
• Fluent English; teamwork and motivation skills.

Required skills

• SQL, AMPscript and other programming languages.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
