Customer Care Specialist – Arabic (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Arabic to join our Barcelona office. You will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking customers, delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships that reinforce brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized assistance via phone and email to Arabic‑speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries efficiently, accurately, and promptly while meeting departmental KPIs.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of relevant customers to foster long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with Payments, Customs, Warehouse and Shipping teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or a similar client‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of conscientiousness when handling customer data.
• Flexibility, resilience and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Native‑level proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
