Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician (Fixed)

About the role

Dandy is building a technology platform for dental offices and is looking for experienced Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technicians (Fixed) to join its Barcelona team. You will apply your dental lab expertise to work directly with clinicians on patient scanning, case preparation and design modifications, providing real-time technical support so that every doctor gets quality outcomes.

This is an onsite position in the Barcelona office, working the 12pm to 9pm CEST shift.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with doctors in real time to review and refine case designs, giving expert guidance on complex cases and building confidence in the digital tools.
• Communicate directly with clinicians by phone, chat and video to troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows and offer empathetic customer service.
• Act as a liaison between doctors and the Dandy lab teams, turning clinical feedback into production outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown and bridge cases.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and handle complex concerns professionally.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred.
• Native or near-native fluency in the local language, with knowledge of local dental norms and terminology; English fluency is also required.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies and best design practices.
• Comfortable chatting live with doctors by chat, phone or video call.
• Strong independent problem-solving and multitasking skills, able to meet tight deadlines with high quality.
