Customer Logistics Manager NH90 (Temporal)

About the role

The Customer Logistics Manager for the NH90 program will act as the primary contact for spare parts orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This temporary position supports Airbus Helicopters' material support operations in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the AHE focal point for spare orders to customers and NHI.
• Manage customer orders for spares and AGEs, and pilot contracts while reporting status to the CSM.
• Coordinate with DPC CLM, equipment suppliers, NH90 Spare Manager, and Material Support specialists to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Analyze and manage the spare parts order book, updating the provisioning plan and generating reports for customer monitoring.
• Control warehouse activities to guarantee material readiness and execute interventions according to the calendar and budget forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Economics, Management or related field.
• Experience in customer‑oriented material support or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, business & finance management, and aeronautics standards.
• Ability to work autonomously, anticipate risks, and propose concise solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French or German is a plus.
