Customer Logistics Manager NH90 (Temporary)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager for the NH90 programme, based in Albacete, on a temporary basis. The role acts as the AHE focal point for spare parts orders, manages customer orders and ensures timely delivery of spares and AGEs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as AHE focal point for spare parts orders to the customer and NHI, and manage customer orders for spares and AGEs
• Pilot contracts and report their status to the customer service manager, anticipating needs and meeting commitments
• Coordinate with DPC CLM in NHI, equipment suppliers, the NH90 Spare Manager and the Material Support specialist to ensure spares deliveries
• Analyse and manage the spare parts order book and coordinate across departments to meet customer needs
• Issue and update the provisioning plan, generate reports for customer monitoring and analyse data issues and discrepancies
• Control warehouse activity to ensure material readiness and execute intervention/reception of spare parts according to the calendar and budget forecast

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Economics or Management
• Customer-oriented and material support experience
• Fluent English and Spanish; French or German is valued
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and to build relationships across disciplines
