• Perform PO checks, execute PO amendments by delegation, and expedite critical supplies blocked by administrative, technical, export control or customs issues
• Lead the monitoring of the quarantine area and non-conformities (~4,000 admin NCs per year), work with the Logistics Quality Manager, and follow the return-to-supplier process
• Verify country of origin in SAP and perform export control checks (ITAR, EUS, licenses) on POs and purchase notes
• Produce dashboards on quarantine age, clearing case status and backlogs, and propose structural improvements

Required profile

• 2-3+ years in aeronautical supply chain, industrial operations or logistics/warehouse management
• International mobility: minimum one business trip per month to other sites
• Spanish and English at negotiation level; French or German is a plus
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment and to anticipate risks

Required skills

• SAP (ECC, EWM, S/4HANA)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of customs (COO) and export control (ITAR, EUS, licenses)
• Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement and non-conformity management processes
