Customer Service Advisor (Dutch-speaking)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is recruiting, on behalf of a leading BPO company, a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor for its Benalmádena office. The position is full-time and 100% on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist eCommerce customers through the channels assigned, such as incoming telephone calls and chat, and later email and social media
• Identify client issues, handle complaints, offer solutions and alternatives, and guide customers within time limits
• Use the cheat sheets, guides and protocols provided during training
• Identify when an issue should be reassigned to another department and collaborate with other agents or teams on complex cases
• Document every action taken in detail in the CRM system

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch, spoken and written
• Fluent English at least at B2 level
• Stress-resilient, adaptable and able to stay calm in all situations
• Good listening skills and empathy, and the ability to explain technical terms simply
• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
• Willingness to cover shift rotation and arrive on time at the office
