Customer Service Agent – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Barcelona team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order‑to‑delivery execution and supporting the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer service activities to guarantee high service standards.
• Create and monitor sales order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and alignment with forecasts.
• Track order status, delivery, pick & pack, invoicing and related documentation.
• Resolve issues from order entry through invoice and cash collection.
• Provide internal and external customers with information on order‑to‑billing processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance to meet objectives.
• Support Sales & Marketing by keeping data up‑to‑date and validating information.
• Maintain accurate customer and material master data to avoid complaints and credits.
• Act as the central contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance order process quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or order‑management role.
• Fluent French (C1) and at least intermediate English and Spanish (B2+).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to collaborate across departments and drive tasks to completion.

Required skills

• SAP SD module (or JDE) knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
