Customer Service Agent – Spanish, Portuguese & English

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for Limehome guests, handling inquiries across all channels in Spanish, Portuguese and English. You will ensure each interaction reflects Limehome’s digital‑first hospitality concept and creates a memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate information and personalized assistance.
• Listen to guest feedback, identify pain points and propose creative solutions to improve the overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with Guest Relations Managers to resolve complex issues and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain availability during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• Strong passion for communication and guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
• Alignment with Limehome’s mission and willingness to work towards company goals.
• Flexibility to work weekends or night shifts.
• Previous experience in hospitality, call‑center or start‑up environments is advantageous.
