About the Role

Main Missions

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing inquiries via multiple channels with excellence.
• Listen actively to guest feedback to provide creative, personalized solutions to their needs.
• Identify recurring pain points and proactively propose process improvements in collaboration with Guest Relations Managers.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by adding a personal touch to every interaction.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and night shifts.

Profile We Are Looking For

• A communication enthusiast with a natural talent for problem-solving.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (essential).
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to the company's long-term vision.
• Previous experience in Hospitality, Call Centers, or a fast-growing Startup is a significant plus.
