Customer Service Desk Team Lead Europe

About the role

Archroma is seeking a proactive Customer Service Desk Team Lead for Europe within its Packaging Technologies business. The role is permanent, full‑time and responsible for overseeing a team of eight professionals to ensure efficient Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local and regional business support within Sales & Distribution (SD), managing approvals, monitoring order fulfillment, handling shortages, supporting audits and delivering team training.
• Drive process improvements and harmonisation at regional level, implement new tools and workflows, and ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration while supporting sales teams on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate regional and global projects, act as the key contact for SAP SD/O2C implementations, and lead process design and improvements in partnership with IT.
• Develop and onboard the team, train members on the AACC framework, and promote efficiency, simplicity and effective communication across teams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of business experience in an Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) function.
• Proven experience leading multi‑skilled teams.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution processes.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage projects.
