Sales Development Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Join Preply’s B2B team as a Sales Development Representative focused on Spanish‑speaking prospects. You’ll be the first voice potential customers hear, opening doors and creating conversations that showcase how language learning can drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, video outreach and offline initiatives.
• Qualify leads using SPICED criteria and enrich the top of the sales funnel through outbound campaigns.
• Research companies to identify contacts that match the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Become a product expert on Preply Business and understand its competitive positioning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and use insights to refine outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target high‑potential accounts and schedule discovery calls following the sales playbook.
• Follow up proactively, handle objections and nurture leads through the pipeline.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Motivated to build a career in B2B sales and eager to learn.
• Confident initiating conversations with decision‑makers.
• Strong organizational skills for high‑volume outreach.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient and adaptable.
• Empathetic, curious and able to ask insightful questions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold‑calling techniques.
