Customer Service Internship – Account Management & CRM

About the role

Eurofins Scientific, an international life sciences group with laboratories in 47 countries, is offering a 6-month internship (or longer) in Madrid within its customer service function. The intern works on account management, customer success, supply chain support and the use of the local CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Account management and sales development, including long-tail account management
• Customer success processes and metrics, churn and account reactivation analysis
• Analysis of customer interactions and journeys
• Customer service for supply chain, forecasting and demand planning, and service level metrics
• Customer support, complaint analysis and process improvement
• Optimisation of admin processes and team collaboration
• Contribute to the digital marketing plan and automation processes
• Foster the use of the local CRM and exploit its capabilities

Required profile

• BA in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Food Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent oral and written English; Spanish is a must
• Proactive, hands-on and creative, eager to turn theory into practice
• MBA candidates with client-focused experience and strong analytical capacity are particularly welcome

Required skills

• Knowledge of and previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau are positively valued
