Customer Service Representative (European Languages)

About the role

NETENDERS, a rapidly growing international company and worldwide marketplace leader in wholesale blank apparel, is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. The role provides excellent service through the online platform by email, social networks and phone, and suits people who thrive in diverse cultural environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide good service through the online platform via email, social networks and phone.
• Advise customers on the sales process and products.
• Manage logistical and delivery issues.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Act as the customer's voice and escalate their feedback.
• Own customer service excellence and the company's reputation, including good reviews on platforms such as Google, Facebook and Trustpilot.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service over the phone and by mail.
• Fluency or native level in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Croatian or Greek, plus a high level of English.
• Ability to handle high volumes of emails and incoming calls.
• Confidence on the phone and a sales orientation.
