Customer Support Agent (Basque)

About the role

A leading international fashion retailer is hiring Customer Support Advisors in Barcelona to help customers with shopping-related enquiries. The role supports customers with product information, returns, refunds and general questions, providing clear answers and escalating complex cases when needed. It is a full-time, 100% on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries about product availability, sizing and general shopping matters
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints
• Give accurate information on store locations, promotions, retail policies and procedures
• Handle enquiries through the assigned channels, which may include phone, email or digital channels
• Investigate issues and provide solutions, escalating unresolved or complex cases to the relevant teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service

Required profile

• Fluent Basque and English at B2 level
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, helpful and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling complaints
• Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-support environment
