About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You will act as the voice of the organization, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Handle complaints and requests with empathy, ensuring resolution within set timeframes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and manage customer accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities based on feedback and process orders through relevant systems.
• Proactively spot potential issues and prevent dissatisfaction.
• Comply with data protection, confidentiality, equal‑opportunity, health and safety policies.
• Prioritise multiple requests and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
