Customer Solutions Account Executive – Professional Services

About the role

Adobe is looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead the Customer Solutions Professional Services business in Madrid. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding large enterprises through digital transformation and positioning Adobe’s consulting and subscription services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales strategy and execution for key accounts, including territory planning, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital‑marketing consultancy and propose complex use cases.
• Build a vision of customers’ digital transformation, negotiate consulting engagements and drive deals to closure.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure outcome‑driven engagements that maximize customer value.
• Develop and maintain relationships at C‑level and functional levels across large enterprises.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of sales experience focused on services or consulting.
• Proven track record in sales planning, pipeline management and contract negotiation.
• Deep understanding of value‑based selling, subscription services and multi‑year engagements.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt plans quickly and maintain high work standards.
