Customer Success Manager – Arabic

About the role

Redis is seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in Arabic and English to lead relationships with high‑value enterprise customers. You will guide clients through onboarding, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure their success on the Redis platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives for Arabic‑speaking enterprise accounts.
• Project‑manage integrations and post‑launch expansion projects.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Proactively monitor health metrics and mitigate churn risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably Customer Success, within enterprise software.
• Experience working with enterprise or technology‑focused customers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
