Customer Success Manager - French speaker

About the role

Netskope is looking for a proactive, technically strong Customer Success Manager who speaks French to own post‑sales success for enterprise customers. You will bridge business objectives with technical outcomes, ensuring customers achieve measurable value from the Netskope cloud security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured post‑sales handoffs, capture business objectives and translate them into technical use cases and success criteria.
• Design and execute an onboarding program that accelerates time‑to‑value and early adoption.
• Conduct regular cadence calls to monitor utilization, adoption and engagement, identifying and mitigating adoption risk.
• Analyze support cases, telemetry and usage trends to maintain visibility into customer health and proactively address churn risks.
• Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in partnership with GTM teams to review adoption, maturity and health trends.
• Continuously monitor risk signals across adoption, usage, support and telemetry data, applying success playbooks to ensure retention and long‑term value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or similar roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures, cloud security, information security and threat prevention.
• Hands‑on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs is a plus.
• Fluent in French and able to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
