Customer Success Manager (PMS) – French

About the role

Planet is looking for a Customer Success Manager (PMS) who will act as the commercial point of contact for our existing hotel‑technology customers. You will work from one of our direct‑sales offices, using your knowledge of our PMS and payment solutions to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming product and commercial inquiries from existing customers.
• Analyse the current customer base to identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Use email, phone and social media to engage prospects and present relevant solutions.
• Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce) and other systems (Odoo, Snowflake) with accurate account information.
• Monitor account health, churn risk and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Address challenges, complaints and escalations in collaboration with product, support and sales teams.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming features to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, technical support and sales.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting KPIs.
