About the role

The Customer Support Specialist joins a global outsourcing leader to provide first‑line assistance via phone, email and chat. You will help customers with banking and financial product inquiries, ensuring a smooth and empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support through voice, email and chat channels.
• Resolve customer questions related to banking and financial services.
• Research accounts and provide accurate solutions.
• Handle multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or specialized teams as needed.
• Document all interactions precisely in the CRM system.
• Meet productivity, quality and satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on products, services and internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask across several systems.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Zendesk or a similar CRM platform.
