Cybersecurity Sales Expert (M/F/D)

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for an experienced cybersecurity sales expert with a strong hunter profile to generate new business in the Spanish market. The role focuses on building a pipeline, proactive prospecting and positioning advanced cybersecurity and MSSP services. Candidates work within an established cybersecurity organization offering modern SOC capabilities and a proven track record of high-value security services across Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead outbound prospecting, identify potential customers and build a sustainable new-business pipeline
• Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to close for cybersecurity and MSSP solutions, including managed SOC, cloud security, identity and access management and compliance services
• Execute business development strategies aligned with T-Systems' managed security offerings
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing and technical teams to develop customer proposals and support go-to-market initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM entries, forecasts and reporting
• Represent the organization at industry events and security forums

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP sales with a strong hunter approach
• Solid understanding of MSSP operating models, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response and compliance-driven security
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with marketing on demand-generation initiatives
• Fluent English and Spanish highly valued

Required skills

• Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors and technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, IAM, zero-trust)
• CRM data entry and forecasting
