da Vinci Clinical Territory Associate

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery, is looking for a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in Seville. The CTA works closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties and to build surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. The role is developmental and requires high commitment: the first year focuses on technical and clinical work, then the second year moves toward sales. It involves supporting a region by maximizing the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems through product demonstrations and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the surgical team with guidance, insight and training on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Lead technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.
• Help the Clinical Sales Manager meet quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, OR selling activities and customer support trainings.
• Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing events that raise system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting sales and procedures, submitting expense reports and completing online modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant after training, giving guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and in the local language as required.
• Ambition, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, and proven teamwork.
• Up to 70% travel and/or field presence depending on business needs.
• A sales degree is preferred.
