About the role

Motion, a provider of industrial products and engineering solutions including bearings, power transmission and fluid power fittings, is hiring an Internal Salesperson in Malaga. You will support customers with their parts and equipment needs, build strong customer relationships and provide responsive technical sales support. The role reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with Account Managers and the wider branch team. It is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Build customer relationships by phone and email to help with product, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account queries
• Manage and service key accounts independently
• Sourcing products through the supply chain to meet customer needs
• Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to customers
• Work with Account Managers to identify and develop new account opportunities

Required profile

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience
• Strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications
• Knowledge of bearings and power transmission products highly regarded
• Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
• Proactive, team-focused attitude and a practical, solution-oriented approach

Required skills

• Confident computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems
• Mechanical aptitude
