Data Analyst

About the role

Frekuent is looking for a Data Analyst to join its fast‑growing team in Barcelona. You will work at the intersection of data and business, turning company‑wide questions into reliable, actionable insights from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to translate business questions into data deliverables.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualisations that simplify complex data.
• Define and implement data models and the data‑warehouse layer.
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics across the organisation.
• Set up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure trustworthy data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by helping teams ask better questions and interpret results.
• Collaborate with the broader Data team to improve the modern data stack and shared tooling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a data‑focused role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, etc.).
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries across multiple tables.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
