Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will plan, execute and optimise marketing actions that drive demand across strategic source markets for Iberostar Group. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation Marketing EMEA, the role contributes directly to commercial objectives and brand cohesion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans for assigned source markets, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and company objectives.
• Design and launch co‑marketing campaigns with strategic accounts and consortia across key EMEA markets.
• Manage media planning, budget allocation and sales promotions for Trade and B2C initiatives, optimising ROI.
• Analyse internal and external market dynamics to identify sales needs, market gaps and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and messaging, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create detailed creative briefs and coordinate with the Brand Design team to deliver marketing assets on time and with quality assurance.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous optimisation.
• Serve as a primary contact to strengthen relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
