Deputy Manager – Hotel Occidental Ibiza

About the role

The Deputy Manager will support the hotel’s daily operations at the Occidental Hotel in Ibiza, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control defined processes for the department’s function.
• Plan work schedules, set objectives, allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Supervise work methods, material usage and customer interaction.
• Control costs by efficiently managing human and material resources.
• Manage staff roster and performance.
• Ensure service quality meets client expectations by applying standardized procedures.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
• High level of English; a second language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
