Destination Coordinator – Luxury Vacation Rentals

About the role

Emerald Stay is looking for a Destination Coordinator to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our high‑end vacation homes in Baqueira. You will ensure properties meet our quality standards, delight guests, and help grow our local network of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after departures, coordinating cleaning and maintenance with external providers.
• Manage linen and hospitality inventories, including welcome gifts, bathroom amenities and coffee supplies.
• Oversee pool cleaning, gardening, and all short‑ and long‑term maintenance tasks.
• Deliver personalized guest services such as VIP treatment, special occasion arrangements, and upselling of extra services (private transfers, massages, at‑home chefs, etc.).
• Promote authentic local cultural activities and maintain strong relationships with regional businesses.
• Represent Emerald Stay in Baqueira, develop new partnerships, and integrate newly signed properties into our portfolio.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and property management.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle (kilometre allowance provided).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with guests and external providers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) for coordinating bookings and guest requests.
