Digital Customer Manager

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Digital Customer Manager to join its Getafe (Madrid) team. The role focuses on delivering digital tools and processes for aeronautical operations, supporting customers such as A400M, MRTT, Eurodrone and Eurofighter programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the digital flow of aircraft configuration and maintenance data between internal and customer systems, ensuring data fidelity and secure sharing.
• Support and develop customer and industry requirements by leading projects related to IS/IT system evolution and service support.
• Integrate ground‑support devices (MDS, MOSS, Smartforce Products, PMT, IETPX) with new Smart Force portfolio tools.
• Provide input for new digital services based on evolving customer needs.
• Coordinate compliance with Part 145, Part M and information‑security requirements.
• Lead technical teams, plan and monitor project schedules, costs, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse customer operations, pain points and regulatory impacts to maximise fleet availability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in aeronautical operations or maintenance, with a focus on digital applications and data flows.
